Sammie is a designer and illustrator currently studying at Design Academy Eindhoven. She loves to explore the realm of social design through graphic designs, textile and ceramics. By taking personal stories and putting them under a loop, she hopes to open up a space for talking and respecting each other.
She takes a particular interest in mental health and the way people interact with each other. By designing interactions, spaces or objects, she hopes to make the realm of mental health tangible and educate others on these difficult topics and make them accessible to a wider audience.
Next to her designs, she loves to illustrate simple, everyday objects or scenarios, usually working in bold and bright colors.
